I'm getting a 404 error on this one. :I put the <tt><nowiki>{{delete}}</nowiki></tt> tag on there because even back in 2007, it was tagged by another Admin as a 404 error. My opinion was that it was never a wiki - it seems that some people see 'pedia' in a web title, and automatically assume it is some kind of [[wiki]]! This article page should be deleted rather than tagged as 'inactive' - we have no evidence that it was ever a functioning wiki! - I put the {{delete}} tag on there because even back in 2007, it was tagged by another Admin as a 404 error.
