This [[:Category:Category templates|category template]] can be used on any 'unpopulated' [[Special:Categories|category]] pages, ie, [[Special:UnusedCategories|empty categories]] (or sparsely populated categories).  Its' purpose is to prompt editors to add any new or [[:Category:All|existing articles]] to the highlighted category.

To include this on any relevent empty or sparsely populuated category, simply copy <code><nowiki>{{PopulateCategory}}</nowiki></code> and paste it into said category edit box and save.  The text highlighted in white (after (a), (b) and (c) examples) in the template will automatically change to the relevant article or category name.  Useage of this tag will automatically include category into [[:category: Categories needing populating]].
