Max Seminik, or maxsem, is a Russian Wikipedian and MediaWiki developer who specializes in Template:W development, although he has many other interests as well, including Javascript. He is a sysop at MediaWiki.org and enwiki and has a WMF staff account that directs readers to his MediaWiki.org user page.
