This WMF logo of is a shortcut template which is helpful for building a visual WikiIndex. By using it exclusively on a Wikimedia Foundation logo image file, which are subject to copyright and / or Trademark™, it will automatically categorise said logo into category:Wikimedia Foundation logo (a sub-category of category:WikiLogo), and also category:Wikimedia Foundation.
- Note: for generic non-WMF logos, please continue to use our 'default' logo tagging template: {{WikiLogoOf}}. For Wikia-specific logos, please use: {{Wikia logo of}}. For wiki engine-specific logos, please use: {{Engine logo of}}. For license-specific logos, please use: {{License logo of}}.
