Highlight {{Disambiguation}}, select 'copy' (Ctrl-c or ⌘c on your keyboard), and paste (Ctrl-v or ⌘v) it at the bottom of the edit box (immediately above any additional categories) of any article or category needing it, and save it. Usage of this template on an article will automatically include said article into category: Disambiguation.
