This WikiIndex:Autoconfirmed users article is a WikiIndex 'stub'. If you are familiar with, and understand the WikiIndex policy system, you can help by expanding this WikiIndex stub article, thanks.  :-)

WikiIndex:Autoconfirmed users — an autoconfirmed user is a specific user group containing 'auto-included' persons whom have created a user account, and who have then made at least 10 edits. Being an autoconfirmed user grants an extra privilege on the wiki over and above non-autoconfirmed users; namely being able to edit semi-protected pages. Autoconfirmed users are one tier up from WikiIndex:Users.

Naturally, an IP editor can not become an autoconfirmed user!
