The Starting Strength Wiki, a Wikia entertainment wiki, is a beginner's strength training wiki based on the book Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe and Lon Kilgore. The wiki answers frequently asked questions about The Starting Strength Beginner Program aka "Rippetoe's", the book Starting Strength and also how to properly perform the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Standing Press, and Power Clean, as well as useful accessory exercises. Includes the original program and variations and goes into detail about every aspect of what the trainee can expect of the program and what the program expects of the trainee. Also includes instructional videos, dietary considerations, equipment needs, and injury prevention info. A must read for those just joining the world of strength training, power lifting, weightlifting and bodybuilding or for veterans who want to brush up on the basics or even lend their expertise to the collective knowledge base.
