Max Seminik, or MaxSem, is a Russian Wikipedian, a Wikimedia Foundation employee (Software Engineer, Contributors), and MediaWiki developer who specialises in SQLite development, although he has many other interests as well, including PHP and JavaScript. He is a sysop at MediaWiki.org and English Wikipedia, and has a Meta-Wiki WMF staff account that directs readers to his MediaWiki.org user page.
