NetsMind or netocrats mind is dedicated to collaborative solving social problems on all levels – global, regional and national.

Our Mission is:

  1. To create environment and facilitate activities related to Virtual Brain and Mind on all levels: global, regional, national and local.
  2. To create a network of regional and national chapters and provide in collaboration with them the essential infrastructure and an organisational framework for the support and development of multilingual virtual mind projects and other endeavors, which serve this mission.
  3. To ensure final information, solutions and decisions to be truly independent from political and other biases.
  4. To provide the final information, solutions and decisions to local communities, nations and society as a whole free of charge.
  5. To provide hosting for Virtual Brain and Mind Projects; and to develop web based tools to facilitate the collaborative creative process between contributors, necessary to create the Virtual Brain and Mind Network. 

We believe that:

   * Surviving of humanity is top priority for 21st century.
   * Morality is above all. To survive society should maintain highest moral standard.
   * Human rights and responsibilities are continuum – two sides of same coin.
   * All humans are equal in front of society, although very different as individuals, ability and capacity.
   * Society is a living system (“organism”) and integrity of society is above any single sell. 

Anybody who accept our Mission and share our values, responsibility and enthusiasm is welcome as a contributor. NetsMind contributors are truly brain cells of emerging virtual brain. The social network of NetsMind contributors are real virtual and flexible think tank.
