You know what? We should be using [[:Category:Wikis to add]] for this. Especially since we're never going to get this list down to zero, we'll always be adding wikis, using the existing category infrastructure will make adding wikis much easier for new people that come here to help. Sorry I didn't think of this earlier. Could we simply switch now for all new wikis added, and make it a priority to add those wikis with the backlinks trick first?
