WikiIndex has an IRC chatroom.
If you're using Firefox, install ChatZilla and click on the #wikiindex link on the left. Otherwise do a web search for "IRC client" for your operating system (probably a version of Windows), install one, then at the IRC command line type "/server irc.freenode.net", then "/join #wikiindex".
