ShoutWiki (Hub) and alleged downtime

Hi Jamie,

I've reverted your edits to the ShoutWiki hub (en) page and the respective category page because to my knowledge, we're up and running and even the wiki creation tool is working, even if it has some intermittent issues. (Full disclaimer: I'm a staff member at ShoutWiki.)

However, I appreciate your concern over ShoutWiki's current status and I'd like to encourage you to let us know about any and all issues you may stumble across on ShoutWiki — either via the contact form (Special:Contact) on the respective wiki, via the problem reports tool, by submitting a ticket on our Phabricator (requires either a GitHub, Google or ShoutWiki account) or by directly emailing us at [email protected]. Please remember to include as much details as possible! This allows us to research and fix the issues, and it's certainly a more sustainable thing to do than just changing an infobox on two WikiIndex pages. :-)

Redirects of Special pages

Hi Jamie. Thanks for your recent edits to WikiIndex, all very much appreciated. However, can I ask you why you created redirects on our Special:SpecialPages, and particularly on our Special:ListGroupRights pages? I'm sure we both agree the value of redirects, but they should not be used on Special Pages which when used, disable the ability to use the &redirect=no link.
