Javascript-mandating wikis are wikis which have been commandeered by an intelligence agency,
and consequently have a javascript-based captcha-image in their user-registration page,
such as Google ReCaptcha or hCaptcha, and do not allow edits from unregistered users.
That allows the intelligence agency to immediately know the identity of all of the
edittors on that wiki.
