Do you have any interest in implementing this on WikiIndex? It would require installing the (hacked) [[User:Leucosticte/InputBox.classes.php]] and [[User:Leucosticte/InputBox.hooks.php]], which replace those two files that come with [[mw:Extension:InputBox]].
