The significance is that whatever wikis aren't listed at WikiIndex aren't going to end up in the [[Proposal:Interwiki list|interwiki list]], unless I do a separate run to grab that data off of Wikia and other wiki farms. Whether that would be desirable given the potentially high rate of useless Wikia wikis is another story.
