If you [[Google]] WikiIndex and try the top links, nothing works. It turns out that "http://www.wikiindex.org/Special:RecentChanges" is not working, but "http://www.wikiindex.org/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges" is working. Has someone been fiddling with the wiki software? I think this is a [[:Category:MediaWiki|MediaWiki]] configuration option.
