: The last 5 new user account creation requests were on hold or rejected, I reviewed them and tried to be as open-minded as possible (I'm not an experienced account manager). So I'm also not able to answer the question, how many requests we get per week. Currently, there is no pending request. --Wolf | talk 14:02, 26 September 2014 (UTC)

I'm even less experienced ;-)
Now, what means Help:Request account is on hold?
And who can reject the request?
Where reasons given?
Is there any policy on how and when to reject?
Are requesters notified if rejected?
Is there any possibility for interested users to know about it?
Can anybody mend the reasons?
