			Regarding the removal of what You call a vote: I removed the name of [[User talk:Kghbln\|talk]] from the list of "No concerns" because he expressed concerns right there. So He does have concerns. I moved those concerns to his talk page to give him chance to see I removed it and to place it at any place more suitable if he wishes to hold them up of which I was not sure because of the contradictory statement he gave. As such his name does not belong in this chapter of "no concerns". I did not consider this chapter created by me as a place to vote for anything. I created it to collect expressed abstention from voting which I found distributed around individual talk pages. The most obvious utility of this chapter is, that one does not need to wait for or ask again those persons.
