::::No, they would not. I'm sorry but you do not understand this at all--user namespace and user talk namespace are not the "same namespace". In MediaWiki, <code>User</code> is ns-2 and <code>User talk</code> is ns-3. Just like how the <code>MediaWiki</code> namespace (ns-8) is restricted and the <code>MediaWiki talk</code> namespace (ns-9) is not.
