In MediaWiki, <code>User</code> is ns-2 and <code>User talk</code> is ns-3. Just like how the <code>MediaWiki</code> namespace (ns-8) is restricted and the <code>MediaWiki talk</code> namespace (ns-9) is not. Notice how you can post to [[MediaWiki talk:Sidebar]] but you cannot modify [[MediaWiki:Sidebar]]. So I suggest You do that. It will make Your life easier.
