+When updating or adding new Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) entries here on WikiIndex, can we please make sure that their relevent recent changes URLs includes the 'show last 500 changes' as a default.  We need this, because many WMF wikis have been classified as [[:Category:Vibrant|Vibrant]] for their [[:Category:Wiki Status|wiki status]] – when they shouldn't – as we have decided that WMF wikis have a more strict criteria for inclusion into the Vibrant category compared to non-WMF wikis.
