An ambitious project, the collective promises to document Baltimore's eclectic cultural past and present, with an emphasis on the alternative or experimental arts — as evinced on our '''[http://BaltoCo.org/wiki/Category:Art_Spaces Art_Spaces] & [http://BaltoCo.org/wiki/Category:Film_Video Film_Video] category pages.''' At this time, our most important page is the '''[http://BaltoCo.org/wiki/Category:SITE_MAP SITE_MAP] category page,''' which lists many categories & wiki articles in various states of completion, or not.   

The project is being built on '''MediaWiki.'''  Principle developer and curator is life-long Baltimorean (or Baltimoron) '''Richard Tryzno Ellsberry,''' in collaboration with his girlfriend & the many creative folks around '''Baltimore MD US.'''
