-Wikia janitors will help with problems that any wiki develops.  They help with bugs in the software.  Janitors can also delete vandalism and block vandals.  Janitors work mainly on wikis where there are too few sysops.  They can also help if a wiki faces a sudden massive vandal attack.  Wikia janitors deter vandals as well as dealing with vandalism when it happens.
