Rather than uploading various sizes of the same image, just upload the largest size that will be needed. Fpr this example, assume the first image above is uploaded here as "TedErnst.jpg". The same results as what you've got would be obatined by typing the following:
<nowiki>[[Image:TedErnst.jpg]] [[Image:TedErnst.jpg|348px]] [[Image:TedErnst.jpg|193px]] [[Image:TedErnst.jpg|39px]]</nowiki> just specify the number of pixels wied you want an image to be scaled to. specify "thumb" to thumbnail it. other parameters include left, right, center, and frame. any other text is put in as a caption. I'm going to upload a picture of myself and do all this on my page to show you what I mean. &mdash;[[User:Sean Fennel|<span style="font-family: Kristen ITC, Times New Roman;">User:Sean Fennel</span>]][[User talk:Sean Fennel|<span style="font-family: Kristen ITC, Times New Roman;">@</span>]] 12:31, 3 Mar 2006 (EST)
