: Yes, this looks like a childish grade-school insult. I agree that such things should be immediately deleted, and the person who said it banned for a short time. But I have hopes that such children will soon learn that such things are unacceptable, and learn to be productive -- and so I don't want to ban them forever. On the other hand, spammers who flood a page with dozens of off-topic links -- I am tempted to ban them forever. However, I don't want to unnecessarily block innocent users who use dynamic IP addresses that were once used by a spammer.
