"I am arriving in Toronto at 3:45 pm EST on Sunday, September 6th.(...)  If it is a simple solution the server should be back on by 7 pm EST September 6th. If there is something more going on I will post here by 7pm to let everyone know." [http://rationalwiki.blogspot.com/2009/08/when-will-we-be-back.html]

The reason for the problem is that RationalWiki hosts their own server at Tmtoulouse's domicile, and he is on a trip out of town.  The server crashed, and cannot be reached remotely.
