:Move 'what' to article page? The only thing we need the sysops for is to unprotect the article. We still have no [[WikiIndex:Policies_and_Guidelines|policy for notability, verifiablity, or POV (although Dilley doesn't prefer "NPOV")]]. [[WikiIndex:Policies_and_Guidelines#Enforcement_against_editors|Edit sparing]] isn't ideal, but if we don't do that, certain editors have assumed the article is non-controversial.
