::: I would say, the [[Special:Version|MediaWiki software]] should be upgraded soon (from {{Mw|MediaWiki 1.10|1.10.1}} which is absolutely outdated to {{Mw|MediaWiki 1.15|MediaWiki 1.15.5}}), maybe that will do, there is also an extension that prevents creating doppelganger accounts (it seems to be {{Mw|Extension:AntiSpoof|AntiSpoof}}).
