The Rizon Wiki is a help and how-to-guide forum using the MediaWiki software. The purpose of the wiki is to provide a support guide for users using the Rizon Chat Network. The wiki provides basic assistance on a wide range of topics, from how to “register” a channel or a nickname, to the more complex channel and nickname configurations, to a list of all of the staff members and their various roles.
Originally the wiki was a login-to-edit site, with the exception that a CAPTCHA was required before any edits could be saved. However, as of January 2018, the entire wiki has been locked and put in read-only mode indefinitely. Dwarf, one of the Rizon IRC operators and one of the managers of the wiki, has stated that the wiki is locked due to excessive spam and will remain locked until better anti-spam measures are added.
New accounts can still be created. However even while logged in no edits can be made to any page, including to one’s own user space.
