ProWiki, officially operated by Professional.Wiki – Jeroen De Dauw & Karsten Hoffmeyer GbR, a wiki company based in Berlin, Germany, is a paid-for MediaWiki hosting service where users can host their own MediaWiki sites.^[1]

The service started as a paid service on 5 May 2022 and requires a minimum charge of EUR 7.00 per month including VAT^[2] to have a hosted wiki. Unlike other hosting providers, ProWiki does not have global staff groups, meaning that individual wiki founders are in complete control of their own wikis. The farm does not charge startup costs and the wikis are setup immediately after completing a short setup dialog. The farm moreover offers a two wiki trial period before the recurring fee starts to be charged to the wiki owner. The wiki plans available allow the wiki owners to choose whatever extension is available via their plan via an specialized admin panel which also makes giving feedback and reporting issues easy. The service is 100% free of advertising, allows for private wikis and/or custom domains for the wiki The wikis can hold an unlimited number of users and pages and features structured data either via Semantic MediaWiki or Wikibase. The ProWiki service will not host inappropriate material, such as pornographic content.
