Purpose

This shortcut template calls upon the established html code <abbr> to create an easy method of assigning a 'hover' floating longhand description of a displayed abbreviation.

Code

Notes

1. the full longhand term, e.g. abbreviation
2. the truncated shorthand term, e.g. abbr.
