Not all religions are inherently political, but some of the common ones are.
For example, Judaism is an extremely political religion, which is demonstrated by the Book of Leviticus.
Christianity and Mohammedanism are both highly political due to their inherent extreme pushiness
(threats of hell-fire, etcetera), without even noting their other political elements.
