The World Cruising and Sailing Wiki, an online nautical world cruising guide, has been established so that all cruisers around the world can have free access to as much information on cruising around the world as possible with information on countries, immigration and customs procedures, world ports, navigation and approaches, marinas, anchorages, ocean passages, maritime warnings, boating tips, etc, and 'language of the sea'.

Note: although the statistics link shows a page count of over 4,000 article pages, many of those are devoid of actual content, they are merely 'skeleton' articles created from a large template. Its content is released under two licenses: the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial Share Alike 2.5 license (CC BY-NC-SA 2.5) and the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL). It hosts advertising by way of Google advertising.
