Description
Kivapedia is a public wiki for all things Kiva related. It is hosted by and maintained on a volunteer basis, mainly by users of the Kiva Friends community forum. We went online in June 2007.
Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through loans for the sake of sustainably alleviating global poverty, hunger and health issues. Leveraging the Internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help fund small businesses run by low-income entrepreneurs around the world.
