Wikipedia isn't a multilingual encyclopedia. It's a whole lot of seperate encyclopedia projects. Each one has it's own admins, it's own policies, sometimes even it's own software. I believe each one is it's own wiki and thus needs it's own WikiIndex page. TedErnst | talk 23:55, 19 Mar 2006 (EST)
