A rollbacker are users with the ability to undo a number of edits by one editor (on the same article) with a single click. On smaller wikis, this facility is generally included in those granted sysop rights; whereas on larger wikis such as Wikipedia, rollback rights may be as a result of regular (and hopefully trustworthy) users being given an extra privlidge, and therefore a new separate usergroup.
