Webpage archive, formerly known as archive.today, and know also known as archive.is, is a web archiving website, similar to the Internet Archive WaybackMachine at Archive.org. Its URL is https://archive.is, formerly at https://archive.today
archive.is differs from Archive.org in that it does not provide active follow-on links, and claims that "Saved pages will have no active elements and no scripts, so they keep you safe as they cannot have any popups or malware!" In effect, archived URLs on archive.is are saved as a single flat page; whereas on Archive.org, they still contain live internet links (within Archive.org).
