Is it true that *all* Russian-language MediaWiki wiki, by default, begin with the title 'Заглавная страница' which means 'Homepage'? Such as, for example, the Blender (Русский) wiki?
- That seems to be the default. It's used by the Russian Wikipedia for example. Elassint 11 December 2013
