- Fix category:Timezone, and all relevant sub-categories, templates, and user pages. This is a grammar issue, its correct spelling is time zone.

Licence templates
Create some templates for usage of various licences, and image tagging templates. This page has many examples including dual licencing. This page has templates for image licencing.
