Need to correctly define a couple of data properties, as highlighted at Special:BrowseData/All?_single. Also trim some of the spurious engine categories.

Categories
- Fix category:Timezone, and all relevant sub-categories, templates, and user pages. This is a grammar issue, its correct spelling is time zone;
- Fix template:Size to auto-include category:No realtime statistics where a page count is entered, but has no valid stats link.
