Galaxy is an open, web-based platform for accessible, reproducible, and transparent computational biomedical research. Galaxy is a set of tools used to do DNA sequencing and store and analyze genome data, genotype data, including visual analytics.
"Galaxy Cloud" uses cloud computing to speed up these analyses. Some people use Galaxy on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2).
The Galaxy Community Wiki documents and discusses the Galaxy platform and the people and projects that use it.
