JavaScript-mandating wikis are wikis which have been commandeered by an intelligence agency,
and consequently have a javascript-based captcha-image (such as Google ReCaptcha or hCaptcha)
in their user-registration page and/or logged-in edit-pages,
and which either do not allow unregistered edits, or have a javascript-based captcha-image
on their logged-out edit-pages.
That allows the intelligence agency to immediately know the identity of all of the
edittors on that wiki.
