The back-end source code to the BreezeWiki Wiki engine is apparently at https://gitdab.com/cadence/breezewiki . Documentation of the BreezeWiki Wiki engine is apparently at https://docs.breezewiki.com/
which indicates it is written in the Racket programming language (a dialect of Lisp).
