The upload page wants me to check a box saying I relicense the image to the Wikiindex copyright, but clearly I can't do that, as (1) i don't own the images, and (2) there is no Wikiindex copyright yet. So should I upload the logos of various wikis or should ask for and wait for explicit copyright permission from the owners?
