No, in this wiki "tag" is a synonym for "category" and the "tag" and "category" templates are the same. We did that because "category" sounds heirarchical whereas "tag" is not. If you do it this way with that footer, then we don't need the tag template at all. We just put the categories in anywhere on the page. The tag template is only used when we want the category to show up on the page, the way John's been talking about. peace, TedErnst 21:32, 22 Jan 2006 (EST)
