The purpose of WikiGovern'd is to provide for three basic needs:
- 1. The need of individuals to access information about their government.
- 2. The need of individuals to draft platforms of common political goals.
- 3. The need of individuals to exercise their voice in government, to communicate the need for and the mechanisms of change in their government.
