How do you categorize a wiki that is no longer?
If you think it may be a temporary connection problem, use Template:Cannot connect or change its status to "Offline".
If you the wiki is clearly dead or has been linkdead for a long time, use Template:Inactive (Template:Inactive Boilerplate). Or simply change the "Wiki" or "Wiki List" to "Inactive" in the existing template.
