Thank you for adding new wiki to the WikiIndex and making other good edits.
I see that the link you added to the Community Portal was deleted. Since I the "Community Portal" seems to me to be a reasonable place to discuss "building community" on wiki, I restored the link.
Please tell me if you find a better place for building wiki community.
