I've looked briefly at your suggested guidelings and it looks like something that we can discuss. Frankly I've had trouble with those who want me fired before and I know them, I think they're just trolling me. I'd rather stay an admin here but if things go wrong there's plenty for me to do elsewhere online or offline.
