Description
The California Criminal Defense Encyclopedia is a free legal encyclopedia focusing on California's criminal judicial system from the perspective of a criminal defense attorney. The encyclopedia's goal is to educate those facing criminal charges on the issues surrounding their case. Page topics include the prosecutor's burden of proof, commonly used defenses for particular crimes, definitions of legal terms, post-conviction remedies, and much more.
